Ship gear to Reno before the burn
Don't haul a U-Haul across the country. Ship your gear to our Sparks depot ahead of the event — we receive, inventory, and hold it until your camp rolls through Reno on the way to playa.
1. Book a receiving slot
Submit a shipment with carrier, tracking, weight and volume estimates so we know what's inbound.
2. Ship to our Sparks depot
Use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight. Address to 755 East Greg Street, Ste 22, Sparks, NV 89431 with your name on every box.
3. We receive, inventory, photograph
Each load gets logged, photo'd, and grouped under your account so nothing wanders off.
4. Pick up on the way to playa
Swing by during gate week to grab your gear and roll into BRC — or have us palletize it for your camp truck.
Ship address
Put your name (or camp name) on every box and email tracking numbers once you ship. We don't deliver to or pick up from any BRC address — all routes start or end at the Reno depot.
